Rules of accommodation in Hotel "N"
Dear guests, we are glad to welcome you to our hotel.
We will make every effort to make your stay at the hotel “N” pleasant and comfortable.
Please read the rules of accommodation:
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules for the provision of hotel services at Hotel N have been developed based on the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation.
1.2. Hotel N (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) is intended for the temporary accommodation of citizens (hereinafter referred to as the “Guests”) and the provision of services associated with their stay.
1.3. The Hotel operates around the clock.
2. PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING ROOMS
2.1. The Hotel Administrator accepts applications for room reservations from legal entities and individuals in writing, by telephone or from the Hotel website – www. hotel-n.ru
2.2. Room reservations are possible in one of two ways: guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations.
2.2.1. Guaranteed booking – is made upon the Guest’s prior request and with 100% prepayment of the cost for the entire period of stay at the Hotel or 100% prepayment for the first day of stay at the Hotel with subsequent payment for the unpaid period of stay upon arrival.
If the Guest with a guaranteed booking does not use the accommodation service at the Hotel on the specified day of arrival and does not cancel the booking in writing (no later than 24 hours in advance), he/she will be charged for the actual downtime of the room per day.
2.2.2. Non-guaranteed booking – is made upon the Guest’s prior request without prepayment for the accommodation.
Non-guaranteed booking is kept until 18:00 on the specified day of the Guest’s arrival or within 4 hours after the stated time of check-in. If the Guest does not check in at the specified time and does not notify of the intention to check in, the Hotel has the right to cancel the booking.
2.3. The booking is considered confirmed after receiving a unique booking number from the Hotel Administrator. Guests with a confirmed booking have the right to priority accommodation.
2.4. When booking, checking in or in case of free check-in, the Guest selects the room category, and the right to choose a specific room of this category remains with the Hotel Administrator.
3. PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL
3.1. Guests are accommodated at the Hotel upon presentation of an identity document (passport, military ID or other identification document), birth certificate for children under 14 years of age and 100% payment for the entire period of stay at the Hotel.
3.2. Payment for Hotel services is made in cash, by credit cards or by bank transfer according to the approved price list valid on the date of arrival.
3.3. The Guest’s check-in time is 14:00 local time.
The check-out time at the Hotel is 12:00 local time.
3.4. For stays of less than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the check-in and check-out time. Hourly payment is not provided.
3.5. If the Guest arrives before the check-in time – from 00:01 to 14:00, without prior booking, the Hotel provides the Guest with the opportunity to stay only if there is a free room and payment is made in accordance with the price list.
For early check-in guaranteed upon the Guest’s request (before 14:00), an additional fee is charged, as established by the price list.
3.6. The Guest’s stay is agreed upon with the Hotel Administrator. Upon expiration of the agreed stay, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room.
3.7. If the Guest wishes to extend their stay, they must contact the Hotel Administrator no later than 2 hours before check-out time. If there is a free room at the Hotel, the stay may be extended by at least 6 hours – from 14:00 to 18:00, in which case the fee is charged in accordance with the price list.
4. PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION OF FOREIGN CITIZENS AT THE HOTEL
4.1. Accommodation of foreign citizens at the Hotel is carried out on the basis of the federal legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. When checking in, a foreign citizen must provide the following documents: passport, migration card, visa.
4.3. The period of temporary stay of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation is determined by the validity period of the visa issued to him. The period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen who arrived in a manner that does not require a visa may not exceed ninety days, except in cases stipulated by law.
5. PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION OF CHILDREN AND PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL BEDS
5.1. Children up to and including the age of seven years stay with their parents free of charge without providing an additional bed (no more than one child per room).
5.2. Baby cots are not provided.
5.3. Accommodation of an additional bed for children and adults is possible in some rooms upon agreement with the Hotel Administrator for an additional fee in accordance with the price list.
6. ACCOMMODATION OF PETS
6.1. Accommodation of pets in the Hotel is not possible.
7. PARKING
7.1. Parking of cars on the territory adjacent to the Hotel is provided free of charge.
7.2. Parking of cars in the heated garage of the Hotel is provided by agreement with the Hotel Administrator for a fee established by the price list.
8. SMOKING
8.1. Smoking in the Hotel is prohibited in accordance with the requirements of federal legislation.
9. GENERAL SAFETY RULES
9.1. The Guest is obliged to comply with the rules of fire safety and use of electrical appliances in the room.
9.2. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Guest shall compensate for damage in case of loss of or damage to the property of the Hotel.
10. ADDITIONAL HOTEL SERVICES
10.1. The Hotel provides the following services, the cost of which is included in the cost of accommodation:
daily cleaning of rooms;
change of bed linen (once every 3 days) and towels (daily);
provision of hygiene products;
use of ironing room (24 hours);
storage of luggage in the storage room;
use of mini safe;
taxi call (24 hours);
ambulance call (24 hours);
morning wake-up call;
Wi-Fi in rooms and other areas of the Hotel;
10.2. The Hotel provides the following services, the cost of which is not included in the price of accommodation:
food services;
laundry and ironing.
10.3. Buffet breakfast is provided free of charge or for an additional fee, depending on the selected tariff
11. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUESTS
11.1. Guests have the right to:
use all services of the Hotel;
receive complete and reliable information about the opening hours, cost and list of services provided, make a preliminary order for services;
invite visitors to their room from 07.00 to 23.00. If the invited guests remain in the Guest’s room after 23.00, the residing Guest must register their guests with the Administrator and pay the fee in accordance with the price list. Registration is only possible upon presentation of an identity document;
contact the Hotel Administration regarding the quality of the services provided and, if necessary, promptly file claims regarding the quality of the services provided.
11.2. Guests are obliged to:
comply with these Rules;
comply with moral and ethical standards, refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and obscene language in public areas of the Hotel;
respect the rights of other Hotel Guests;
take care of the Hotel property; in the event of loss of or damage to the Hotel property, the Guest shall compensate for the damage in the manner prescribed by applicable law;
observe fire safety rules and use of electrical appliances in the room;
pay bills for services rendered by the Hotel on time;
close water taps, windows, turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving the room;
hand over the room key to the Hotel Administrator and pay for using the minibar when leaving the Hotel.
12. IT IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOTEL
to leave strangers in the room in your absence;
to hand over the room key to third parties;
to store bulky items in the room (in order to ensure convenient cleaning of the room, as well as personal safety of guests);
to rearrange and move furniture;
to smoke in the rooms, as well as in the halls and corridors of the Hotel;
to disturb the peace of other Hotel guests by making noise;
to bring and store weapons, explosives and flammable, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and other dangerous items; guests who have the right to carry and store weapons due to the nature of their work are required to provide documents certifying this right at the request of the Hotel Administration (weapons shall be understood as means recognized as such in accordance with the Federal Law “On Weapons”);
consume alcoholic or other beverages brought with them, as well as food products in the lobby, halls on the floors, cafe;
take dishes and cutlery; food and drinks out of the cafe.
deliberately pollute the territory of the Hotel.
The Hotel Administration reserves the right not to provide accommodation services to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or psychotropic drugs.
13. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOTEL
13.1. The Hotel Administration is obliged to:
provide the Guests with the paid services in a timely manner, in full and to a high standard;
inform the Guests about the basic and additional services provided by the Hotel, the form and procedure for their payment;
ensure that the services provided by the Hotel fully comply with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules;
ensure the confidentiality of information about the Hotel Guests;
respond promptly to the requests of the Guests, taking measures to eliminate accidents and breakdowns in the Hotel rooms as soon as possible (if it is impossible to eliminate an accident or breakdown in the room as soon as possible, the Hotel offers the Guest another room, but not lower than the paid category);
provide the “Book of Reviews and Suggestions” at the first request of the Guest, which is with the Hotel Administrator;
be responsible for the safety of the Guest’s things, with the exception of cash, currency valuables, securities, precious metals (Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation);
in case of discovery of forgotten things by guests, to ensure their storage for 6 months (from the moment of discovery).
13.2. The Hotel Administration has the right:
in case of gross violation of these Rules by the Guest, the Hotel Administration has the right to draw up a report on this violation and, if necessary, invite employees of the internal affairs bodies to clarify all the circumstances;
to evict the Guest early if the latter abuses alcohol and violates public order rules;
to visit the room without the Guest’s consent in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation of these Rules or public order by the Guest;
in case of expiration of the Guest’s stay at the Hotel and his absence from the place of residence for more than 6 hours without payment, independently vacate the room from the Guest’s things, creating a commission and making an inventory of the Guest’s property.
In cases not provided for by these Rules, the Hotel Administration and Guests are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of complaints from the consumer, the administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, as provided by law. The rules of accommodation in the hotel are developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and “Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation”, approved by RF Government Resolution No. 1085 dated October 9, 2015.
