Hotel "N" Accommodation Rules
Dear guests, we are pleased to welcome you to our hotel.
We will do our utmost to ensure your stay at Hotel “N” is pleasant and comfortable.
Please familiarize yourself with our accommodation rules:
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These rules for the provision of hotel services at Hotel “N” have been developed based on the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation.
1.2. Hotel “N” (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) is intended for the temporary accommodation of citizens (hereinafter referred to as the “Guests”) and the provision of services associated with their stay.
1.3. The Hotel is open 24 hours a day.
2. ROOM BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1. The Hotel Administrator accepts room reservation requests from legal entities and individuals in writing, by telephone or from the Hotel website – www.hotel-n.ru
2.2. Room reservations are possible in one of two ways: guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations.
2.2.1. Guaranteed reservations are made upon the Guest’s prior request and with a 100% advance payment for the entire stay at the Hotel or a 100% advance payment for the first day of stay at the Hotel with subsequent payment for the unpaid period of stay upon arrival.
If the Guest with a guaranteed reservation does not use the accommodation service at the Hotel on the specified day of arrival and does not cancel the reservation in writing (no later than 24 hours in advance), he will be charged for the actual downtime of the room for one day.
2.2.2. A non-guaranteed reservation is made upon the Guest’s prior request and without prepayment for the stay.
A non-guaranteed reservation is held until 6:00 PM on the Guest’s stated arrival day or for 4 hours after the stated check-in time. If the Guest fails to arrive at the stated time and does not notify of their intention to check in, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
2.3. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a unique reservation number from the Hotel Administrator. Guests with a confirmed reservation have priority accommodation.
2.4. When booking, checking in, or upon availability, the Guest selects a room category, and the right to select a specific room within that category remains with the Hotel Administrator.
3. PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION AND PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HOTEL
3.1. Guests are accommodated at the Hotel upon presentation of an identity document (passport, military ID or other identification), birth certificate for children under 14 years of age and 100% payment for the entire period of stay at the Hotel.
3.2. Payment for Hotel services is made in cash, by credit cards or by bank transfer according to the approved price list valid on the date of arrival.
3.3. Guest check-in time is 14:00 local time.
Check-out time at the Hotel is 12:00 local time.
3.4. For stays of less than 24 hours, payment is charged per day, regardless of the time of arrival and departure. Hourly payment is not provided.
3.5. If a Guest arrives before check-in time (from 12:01 AM to 2:00 PM) without a prior reservation, the Hotel will provide accommodation only if a room is available and payment is made in accordance with the price list.
Guaranteed early check-in (before 2:00 PM) is subject to an additional fee as specified in the price list.
3.6. The Guest’s stay is agreed upon with the Hotel Administrator. Upon expiration of the agreed stay, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room.
3.7. If the Guest wishes to extend their stay, they must contact the Hotel Administrator no later than 2 hours before check-out time. If a room is available at the Hotel, the stay may be extended by at least 6 hours (from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM), in which case a fee will be charged in accordance with the price list.
4. PROCEDURE FOR ACCOMMODATION OF FOREIGN CITIZENS AT THE HOTEL
4.1. Accommodation of foreign citizens at the Hotel is carried out on the basis of the federal legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Upon check-in, a foreign citizen is required to provide the following documents: passport, migration card, and visa.
4.3. The period of temporary stay of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation is determined by the validity period of the visa issued to him/her. The period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen who arrived in a manner not requiring a visa may not exceed ninety days, except in cases stipulated by law.
5. CHILDREN’S ACCOMMODATION AND EXTRA BEDS PROCEDURE
5.1. Children aged seven years and under stay with their parents free of charge without an extra bed (no more than one child per room).
5.2. Baby cots are not provided.
5.3. An extra bed for children and adults may be provided in some rooms upon agreement with the Hotel Administrator for an additional fee, in accordance with the price list.
6. ACCOMMODATION OF PETS
6.1. Accommodation of pets in the Hotel is not possible.
7. CAR PARKING
7.1. Car parking on the territory adjacent to the Hotel is provided free of charge.
7.2. Car parking in the heated garage of the Hotel is provided by agreement with the Hotel Administrator for a fee set in the price list.
8. SMOKING
8.1. Smoking is prohibited in the Hotel in accordance with federal legislation.
9. GENERAL SAFETY RULES
9.1. The Guest is obliged to comply with fire safety regulations and the use of electrical appliances in the room.
9.2. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Guest shall compensate for damage in the event of loss or damage to Hotel property.
10. ADDITIONAL HOTEL SERVICES
10.1. The Hotel provides the following services, the cost of which is included in the cost of accommodation:
daily cleaning of rooms;
change of bed linen (once every 3 days) and towels (daily);
provision of hygiene products;
use of an ironing room (24 hours);
storing luggage in a storage room;
use of a mini safe;
calling a taxi (24 hours);
calling an ambulance (24 hours);
wake-up call;
Wi-Fi in rooms and in other areas of the Hotel;
10.2. The Hotel provides the following services, the cost of which is not included in the cost of accommodation:
food services;
laundry and ironing.
10.3. Buffet breakfast is available free of charge or at an additional cost depending on the selected rate.
11. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUESTS
11.1. Guests have the right to:
use all Hotel services;
receive complete and accurate information about the opening hours, prices and list of services provided, and pre-order services;
invite visitors to their room from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. If invited guests remain in the Guest’s room after 11:00 PM, the staying Guest must register their guests with the Administrator and pay the fee in accordance with the price list. Registration is permitted only upon presentation of an identity document;
contact the Hotel Administration regarding the quality of services provided and, if necessary, promptly file complaints regarding the quality of services rendered.
11.2. Guests are obliged to:
comply with these Rules;
observe moral and ethical standards, refrain from excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and obscene language in public areas of the Hotel;
respect the rights of other Hotel Guests;
take care of the Hotel property; in case of loss of or damage to the Hotel property, the Guest shall compensate for the damage in the manner prescribed by the current legislation;
comply with fire safety regulations and the use of electrical appliances in the room;
pay bills for the services rendered by the Hotel in a timely manner;
when checking out of the room, close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights and electrical appliances;
when checking out of the Hotel, return the room key to the Hotel Administrator and pay for using the minibar.
12. IT IS PROHIBITED at the HOTEL
to leave strangers in the room in your absence;
to give the room key to third parties;
to store bulky items in the room (in order to ensure the convenience of cleaning the room, as well as the personal safety of the guests);
to rearrange and move furniture;
to smoke in the rooms, as well as the halls and corridors of the Hotel;
to disturb the peace of other Hotel guests by creating noise;
to bring and store weapons, explosives and flammable, caustic, poisonous, narcotic substances and other dangerous items; guests who, due to the nature of their work, have the right to carry and store weapons, are obliged, upon request of the Hotel Administration, to present documents certifying this right (weapons shall be understood as means recognized as such in accordance with the Federal Law “On Weapons”);
to consume alcoholic or other beverages brought with you, as well as food products in the lobby, halls on the floors, the cafe;
to take dishes and cutlery, food products and drinks from the cafe.
Deliberately pollute the Hotel grounds.
The Hotel Administration reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropic substances.
13. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOTEL
13.1. The Hotel Administration is obliged to:
provide the Guests with the paid services in a timely manner, in full and to a high standard;
inform the Guests about the basic and additional services provided by the Hotel, the form and procedure for paying for them;
ensure full compliance of the services provided by the Hotel with sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules;
ensure the confidentiality of information about the Hotel Guests;
promptly respond to the requests of the Guests, taking measures to eliminate accidents and breakdowns in the Hotel rooms as soon as possible (if it is impossible to eliminate the accident or breakdown in the room as soon as possible, the Hotel offers the Guest another room, but not lower than the paid category);
provide the “Book of Reviews and Suggestions” at the first request of the Guest, which is kept by the Hotel Administrator;
be responsible for the safety of the Guest’s things, with the exception of cash, currency valuables, securities, precious metals (Article 925 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation);
In case of discovery of forgotten things by guests, ensure their storage for 6 months (from the moment of discovery).
13.2. The Hotel Administration has the right:
in case of a gross violation of these Rules by the Guest, the Hotel Administration has the right to draw up a report on this violation and, if necessary, invite employees of the internal affairs agencies to clarify all the circumstances;
early eviction of the Guest if the latter abuses alcohol and violates public order rules;
enter the room without the Guest’s consent in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation of these Rules or public order by the Guest;
in case of expiration of the Guest’s stay at the Hotel and his absence from the place of residence for more than 6 hours without payment, independently vacate the room from the Guest’s belongings by creating a commission and making an inventory of the Guest’s property.
In cases not provided for by these Rules, the Hotel Administration and Guests are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
In the event of a consumer complaint, the administration will take all possible measures to resolve the conflict, as provided by law. The hotel’s accommodation rules are based on the Russian Federation Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” and the “Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation,” approved by Russian Government Resolution No. 1085 of October 9, 2015.
